Labor and Service:
Labor and Service on all vinyl windows, doors, screens, siding and other products is warranted to be covered for one year from date of installation. This warranty applies to original purchaser. After one year, a trip charge and labor charge at prevailing rates will apply to work on the products listed on the front of the addendum. Vinyl window purchases prior to July 1, 2005 are under a two-year labor warranty. In the event of a new homeowner, a transfer fee applies.
Glass:
All insulated glass is warranted for both seal failure (fogging between the glass) and glass breakage as long as the original purchaser owns the home. BEE Window® will repair or replace this glass, should this occur on any BEE Window®.
Screen:
For no charge, BEE Window® will re-screen any window or door purchase from BEE Window®. This warranty for free re-screening is to the original purchaser of the BEE Window®s, and is transferable to the second purchaser of the home only. The homeowner must bring the screen into the nearest BEE Window® location to have the re-screening work completed. The BEE Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to defective conditions caused by structural defects in the building, misuse, abuse, acts of God, or other causes unrelated to the manufacture and installation of the product. It does not apply should paint, enamel, varnish, or other coating compounds be applied to any vinyl or metal surfaces. This warranty at no time will exceed the original selling price of any complete unit. BEE Window®, Inc. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defects.

Bee Windows are covered by a Lifetime Non-Prorated Transferable Warranty. Owner-occupants of single-family dwellings who have purchased their windows and doors through Bee Window are eligible for the Lifetime Non-Prorated Transferable Warranty.

Wonderful people to work with and all appeared to love their company. Friendly and fast! We had 14 long direct set windows, 5 crank casements installed that framed out to match our wood almost exactly! We also had 9 sliders installed making our three season room my new “she-cave”. We have already started seeing a difference in our cooling bill. The one ‘snag’ was corrected with very little delay. No mess!!! Hint: Get the bronze wrap, it’s very nice and gave our 60’s home a face lift!!
