We had six regular windows, a picture window and a new patio door installed. We chose the Infinity series and we can already feel the difference! The installers were on time, professional and were finished within the agreed time frame. Our project manager, Aaron, was available every step of the way. I also work for an employee owned company so it was important to me to choose an employee owned company for our window updates. Great experience from start to finish.

Bee windows was amazing from start to finish. Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and spent several hours with us to make sure we were fully informed. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. The installers took great care to complete the project with excellence. They kept our home clean and went above and beyond. Brian created a planter shelf on the exterior of our home as a solution to the removal of the bow window. He even brought our trash can up the driveway since I had a baby in my arms!

We went with Bee for our bathroom remodeling for several reasons. Angie our sales representative was fantastic and we developed a trust and friendship immediately. Using a local company was very important to me. Our home is 22 years old and when you start remodeling you never know what you will find and you have to have confidence the installers can repair anything unseen. Brent who did our measurements was great and gave me a few key suggestions. Nick our installer was fantastic. Knows his trade and worked efficiently and cleanly. I work a unique job that requires time away from the home and I gave Nick a door code and never worried about my home or my pets. The bathrooms came out fantastic. I didn’t do any other bids on this project because of Angie’s expertise and her genuineness. For me going local for projects has always been a big plus. Plumbing is something you can’t leave to a company you can’t research or has poor reviews.

Bee Windows achieved an A+, 10+, 5 star rating for the purchase and install of our new patio door! We are delighted with the entire experience in which Frankie, Taylor, John Brown, Austin, and Bee team members combined to make this project stress-free. From our initial phone call inquiry to the post installation handshake, our Bee windows team provided excellent service. The quality of workmanship was superior, exceeding our expectations. We used Bee Windows for all 6 of our window replacements. We’re new homeowners & our previous windows were in rough shape, the whole process was made super easy by each member we dealt with. But the shining stars were for sure the installers! Rob & his partner had all windows done within the time frame they told us at the beginning. They were efficient & quick, I worked from home & barely noticed they were here. Worked through all the snow we had without any complaints. Bee Window is lucky to have hard workers like that with their company. We are overall very pleased with not only the product but also the service we received. We own a hundred-year-old house with 30 hundred-year-old windows and 30 porous, creaky storm windows. We decided it was time to get efficient. We interviewed several window companies and quickly settled on Bee Window because of the thorough presentation of the representative and the high quality of its Infinity by Marvin products. The rep worked out a competitive price and helped us decide on which of our windows should have the highest priority for replacement. We ordered 24 fiberglass windows, which were stained to our preference by Bee's shop. The windows were sized by a Bee tech. On the day of installation, two installers - Jamie and William - arrived on time and worked tirelessly through late afternoon. They removed the old windows and did the primary installation of all 24 windows in one day. The next day, they and two others did the finish work, demonstrated the operation of the windows and did a walk-through of the project. We're very pleased with the precision of the final product, the helpfulness of the staff and the professionalism of the installers.

I don't usually do reviews, but this one is worthy. After a few bad experiences with independent contractors, it was important to be careful after deciding to replace our windows. I came to Bee mainly because of the longevity of the company, only the reputable can survive this many years. We had a great experience with everybody from sales, to install, to customer service. Jarvin, on the install team suggested that we leave the awning off, due to framing concerns. He was so good as to educate me so that we would avoid problems in the future. Made total sense, and everyone who has seen it, like it so much better without. Thank you, Jarlin. While washing my new windows, a scratch was discovered. My heart sank. I called customer service, they were the best customer service team I've ever dealt with. Since it was time for the holidays we agreed to be patient and fix this right. And fix it right they did!! We paid extra for a quality window with exceptional guarentees and the best contracting experience ever. Employees make the best owners!!

Review for Bee Window – Specifically for Dane Hoover. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dane Hoover at my place of employment, and within moments, I knew he was someone I could trust. First impressions are everything, and Dane exceeded every expectation. I had a unique and urgent need—a ceiling fan blade had struck and damaged a window in my home many years ago and I’ve been losing heat for many years. After explaining the situation to Dane, he showed incredible patience, professionalism, and compassion. He made himself available that same evening to come to my house and assess the issue. The entire process with Dane was seamless. He explained everything clearly, addressed my concerns, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. We had a Walk in Shower install, the workers were the best. Very professional, very knowledgeable about their craft, but on the other hand they were very personable made you feel relaxed and your getting the very best. I would use them again. Like their commercial they are a employee owned company so if one fails they all fail and that's just not the case, thet have my respect. Very good job men.

Wonderful people to work with and all appeared to love their company. Friendly and fast! We had 14 long direct set windows, 5 crank casements installed that framed out to match our wood almost exactly! We also had 9 sliders installed making our three season room my new “she-cave”. We have already started seeing a difference in our cooling bill. The one ‘snag’ was corrected with very little delay. No mess!!! Hint: Get the bronze wrap, it’s very nice and gave our 60’s home a face lift!!
